Job summary

Offshore Wind Logistics B.V. is seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to lead offshore installation projects on our vessels. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety, quality and performance, and act as the primary coordination point between the vessel, onshore team and clients.

You bring 5+ years in offshore construction or subsea projects, 2+ years in leadership roles, and strong English communication. A rotation offshore schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Offshore Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar.
• At least 5 years in offshore construction, subsea or maritime projects.
• Minimum 2 years leadership in offshore operations or project execution.
• Experience with offshore installation projects, DP operations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Subsea Rock Installation / Fallpipe is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in offshore rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the offshore installation team and coordinate daily project execution on board.
• Ensure safe, efficient and high-quality offshore operations, monitor progress and performance.
• Coordinate collaboration between Bridge, Survey, Engineering and Deck Operations.
• Act as primary operational contact for the client during offshore campaigns.
• Manage mobilisations and demobilisations of personnel and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards, regulations and client requirements.
• Report progress and risks to the Manager Operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating projects and lessons learned.
