Job summary

OAK Offshore, a Netherlands-based provider of integrated maritime and offshore solutions, seeks a Site Manager to lead on-site and on-board activities. You will ensure safety, efficiency and on-schedule execution while coordinating craft teams and reporting daily progress.

From day one you will manage steel construction, seafastening and structural works with offshore work and hands-on problem solving. English required; Dutch is an advantage; offshore work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager or supervisor in maritime/offshore construction.
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, welding and fitting.
• Good command of English; Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily work on site and on board vessels.
• Coordinate welders, fitters and other technical trades.
• Monitor schedules, progress, quality and safety on site.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports.
• Identify issues and adjust work to keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, client and site teams.
