Job summary

Siemens Energy invites an experienced Site Manager to oversee the Hollandse Kust Nord offshore wind farm in the Netherlands. You will lead local service operations, coordinate daily maintenance campaigns, and ensure safe, on-time work order execution.

You will manage resources, vessel logistics, and a high-performance crew of technicians, while enforcing our Zero Harm safety standards and liaising with the wind farm owner, subcontractors, and port authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years offshore wind operations experience.
• At least 2 years in leadership or site management.
• Knowledge of Dutch maritime and electrical safety regulations.
• Willingness to work on a 7 days on/7 days off rotation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily offshore service operations to maximize turbine availability.
• Manage site resources, including personnel allocation, vessel logistics, and tooling.
• Lead a team of offshore wind technicians, promoting development and discipline.
• Enforce Siemens Energy’s Zero Harm safety culture and local regulations.
• Manage relationships with the wind farm owner, subcontractors, and port authorities.
