Job summary

OEG Energy Group is hiring a Pre-Installation Lead Site Manager for a role in the Netherlands starting ASAP through October 2027 with 2 week rotations. The role requires overseeing an offshore site with emphasis on safety, quality, and timely delivery of the project.

The candidate should bring wind industry management experience, OGUK/OEUK Medical, Chester Step Test, GWO BST, Vests Safety Awareness Induction, and TOS certifications to ensure compliant and safe operations throughout the

Qualifications

Must have experience in a management role within the wind industry.
OGUK/OEUK Medical certification is required.
Chester Step Test certification is required.
GWO BST certification is required.
Vests Safety Awareness Induction is required.
Technical Operational Safety (TOS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

Organise and oversee offshore construction site with a focus on safety, quality, budget, and timelines.
Monitor all construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Plan and allocate resources in alignment with project schedules, including marine operations and environmental factors.
Coordinate and manage supervisors, subcontractors and site personnel to ensure smooth execution.
Track daily progress to meet contractual performance requirements and resolve issues.
