Job summary

Neways-Electronics-International-Nv is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives in a high-mix, low-volume production setting. You will drive improvements, translating data into actionable strategies and partnering with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver sustained impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business management.
• Black Belt Certification is a plus.
• Strong command of English; Dutch preferred.
• Experience in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to drive growth and control.
• Support development of strategic/operational goals.
• Guide and support large improvement programs.
• Optimize the improvement structure within Neways NAA.
• Implement lean management methods (standard work, 6S, Kaizen, value stream mapping, SMED).
• Train and coach colleagues in Lean Production.
