Job summary

Fugro is seeking a Product Manager for VirGeo Insights to own the objectives, roadmap, and backlog, aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, and Fugro's software community.

You will translate customer needs into scalable platform solutions, drive adoption and value realization, and partner with cross‑functional teams throughout discovery, delivery and improvement, with occasional international travel.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management with end-to-end responsibility.
Experience defining product plans, roadmaps, and delivering outcomes in a complex stakeholder environment.
Ability to engage confidently with engineering teams on platform, architecture, and delivery decisions.
Experience in offshore, marine, geospatial, or data-intensive industries is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Own the product objectives, roadmap, and backlog for VirGeo Insights.
Lead the evolution of a portfolio of insight capabilities into a single platform vision.
Connect stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, and wider software community.
Decide what gets built, enhanced, consolidated, or retired based on customer needs, business value, and data.
Partner with cross-functional teams through discovery, validation, delivery, and continuous improvement.
Engage directly with customers, users, and operational experts to translate problems into scalable solutions.
Champion adoption and value realization through customer engagements, pilots, and go-to-market initiatives.
