Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten is seeking a working foreman in landscaping in the Venlo region to direct a small team and ensure top‑notch maintenance of gardens, parks and sports fields. You will lead by example, coordinate with the district manager, and be the first contact on site while handling light admin tasks for hour registration.

You should bring proven leadership, reliability and strong communication, plus a willingness to obtain a VCA certificate if needed.

Qualifications

• Directs and guides a team of assistants on site.
• Good communication with colleagues and supervisors.
• Reliable with a proven track record in similar roles.
• Leads by example and maintains safety standards.
• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Directing and guiding employees on maintenance tasks.
• Report to site supervisor and consult with district manager.
• Construct, renovate and maintain gardens, parks and sports fields.
• Plant trees, shrubs and perennials; remove weeds.
• Mow greenery and paved areas; lead by example with tools.
• First point of contact at the work location.
• Carry out light administrative tasks for hour registration.
• Contribute to on-site work with brushes and manual tools.
• Demonstrate leadership and reliability; direct colleagues.
