VERSADO Personeelsdiensten is seeking a working foreman in landscaping in the Venlo region to direct a small team and ensure top‑notch maintenance of gardens, parks and sports fields. You will lead by example, coordinate with the district manager, and be the first contact on site while handling light admin tasks for hour registration.

You should bring proven leadership, reliability and strong communication, plus a willingness to obtain a VCA certificate if needed.

Job description

Are you socially strong? Do you know how to motivate others to get to work? And does being the first point of contact on site sound appealing to you? Then start as a working foreman in landscaping in the Venlo region.

For one of our clients, we are looking for a working foreman in landscaping. In this role, you are responsible for directing and guiding a great team of at least 2 assistant gardeners. Together with your team, you will make sure your maintenance district looks top-notch. You direct your team and ensure that work is carried out properly. Together, you make sure the grass really is greener. Besides carrying out assigned tasks, you are also alert to spots where maintenance is needed yourself. You bring these observations up during consultations with the district manager, so action can be taken. Once a job is completed, you report to the site supervisor. Good communication skills are therefore important, both towards your colleagues and towards supervisors.

In addition, you are always ready to roll up your sleeves and pick up the brush cutter yourself, get to work with the hedge trimmer, or use a hoe. You lead by setting a good example. Seeing immediate results from your work is what makes you feel good.
