Job summary

VERSADO Personeelsdiensten is seeking an assistant foreman in landscaping in the Roermond region. You will supervise a team of at least two assistant gardeners, lead daily on-site activities, and report to the site supervisor.

You’ll oversee maintenance of green spaces, parks, and company gardens while ensuring safety and quality. You’ll plant trees and perennials, remove weeds, and perform light administrative tasks for time registration.

Qualifications

• VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience supervising colleagues and leading a small team.
• Good communication skills with colleagues and supervisors.
• Reliable with a proven work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and guiding employees on site.
• Reporting to the site supervisor and discussing with the district manager.
• Constructing, renovating and maintaining green spaces and parks.
• Planting trees, shrubs and perennials; removing weeds.
• Mowing greenery and paved areas; operating brush cutters and hand tools.
• Being the first point of contact at the work location; time registration tasks.
