Job summary

411 SFDC Netherlands B.V. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy AI agentic solutions inside enterprise customer environments. You’ll join a delivery team, work with a Deployment Strategist, and ship real AI-powered improvements in production from day one.

You will collaborate across engagements ranging from a single strategic customer to multiple accounts, delivering measurable business impact with hands-on code and data integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
• Fluent in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations.
• Design agent intelligence: prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integration with customer systems.
• Own technical components end-to-end: architecture to production.
• Build and integrate data pipelines on data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
• Model the data, ship the pipeline, validate the output.
• Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting.
