Job summary

Fujitsu’s Europe Wayfinders seeks a Forward Deployed Manager to join our AI transformation practice in the Benelux region, embedded with strategic clients to deploy AI from concept to production. You will bridge engineering, consulting and delivery, leading end-to-end technical delivery of AI solutions.

Design and build enterprise-grade AI systems, ensure security/governance, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-moving consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software/AI engineering with client-facing delivery.
• Proven track record of taking complex systems to production.
• Experience building/operating AI-enabled solutions in enterprise settings.
• Strong fundamentals in system design, APIs and integration.
• Excellent communication with engineers, architects and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Client-embedded delivery across business, IT, data, and security teams.
• Translate AI use cases into MVPs and production-ready solutions.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery from discovery to deployment.
• Implements guardrails for security, privacy and governance.
