Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in Amsterdam is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer focused on Agentforce Operations. You will design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions inside customer environments, connecting advanced agents to the broader enterprise tech stack.

You will write production code, build real-time grounding systems, and manage multi-agent communication while collaborating with Deployment Strategists and Specialized AI Engineers. Travel 25–30% for on-site deployments is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with at least one production AI or enterprise integration deployment.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Hands-on AI grounding experience: LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, and vector search/index retrievers.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and optimize multi-agent workflows using Agentforce Orchestration.
• Implement agent communication standards and Model Context Protocol (MCP) for cross-agent task hand-offs.
• Architect real-time data grounding systems and maintain enterprise AI infrastructure in customer environments.
