Enjins in Utrecht seeks a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to bring engine-like AI solutions into client vehicles, working directly with customers and their data, constraints, and teams. You will translate needs into production-grade AI workflows and architecture.

You will join a team that values hands-on delivery, security awareness, and a consulting mindset, building scalable multi-agent systems across domains in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production experience shipping ML/AI systems, not prototypes.
• Builder's instinct for messy environments; thrive in ambiguous specs.
• Comfort working with legacy systems and security/compliance constraints.
• Strong communication across technical and business lines with clients.
• Experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangGraph or similar).
• Used agentic coding tools (Claude, GPT) to accelerate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Translate specs into systems and determine architectural choices.
• Construct tailor-made layers; launch client-specific workflows on our Multi-Agent Systems.
• Lead client relationships as the senior technical contact from day one.
• Maximize agentic leverage by tracking AI developments and integrating them into workflows.
• Perfect the feedback loop by sharing deployment insights with AI Engineers and mentoring peers.
• Serve exciting ventures including energy, climate, and AI-native investors.
