Job summary

Fujitsu in Europe seeks a Forward Deployed Senior Manager for AI, based in Benelux with location flexibility including De Meern. You will be embedded with strategic client teams, bridging engineering, consulting and delivery to move AI from concept to production.

You will design and build business-led AI solutions using enterprise foundation models, in a platform-agnostic environment, ensuring robust, secure, and adoptable deployments across complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as software/AI engineer with customer-facing work.
• Proven track record delivering prototypes to production in enterprises.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled solutions (LLMs, agent workflows).
• Strong fundamentals: design, APIs, integration, testing.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to translate workflows into MVPs.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery from discovery to deployment.
• Design and build AI-enabled systems integrated with enterprise platforms.
• Implement guardrails for security, privacy, model risk, and compliance.
• Ensure solutions are observable and ready for day-to-day operations.
