Job summary

Salesforce, a leader in AI-powered CRM, seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to co-build scalable AI capabilities that ship to production from day one, impacting multiple accounts with real-world customer value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering or technical delivery with a production system.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design agent intelligence with prompts, tool calls, and integrations.
• Own end-to-end components from architecture to production.
• Build data pipelines with Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks.
• Create dashboards and KPI reporting to track deployment health.
• Co-build with customers and partners, sharing best practices.
• Surface platform gaps and provide real-world feedback to the team.
• Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate challenges into solutions.
