Your Role:

• Lead the design, development, and execution of complex engineering projects.
• Oversee structural engineering aspects, ensuring compliance with Eurocodes and Dutch annexes.
• Guide and mentor engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Apply expertise in modularization, lifting, and transportation analysis.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale industrial projects, including lead roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Eurocodes and Dutch annexes.
• Experience in energy transition, onshore, and multidisciplinary environments.
• Strong technical skills in steel structure modularization, lifting, and transportation analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Resident in the Netherlands with prior experience working on Dutch projects.
