Job summary

Ace & Tate HQ in Amsterdam is seeking a Creative Lead to steer the ideas behind campaigns and shape how the brand appears across channels. You’ll act as the narrative engine from first spark through to final execution, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive and on-brand.

You will guide the Social Media output, mentor the Copywriter/Content Creator, maintain brand alignment across digital and retail environments, and collaborate with stakeholders to evolve the brand’s tone of voice and creative

Qualifications

• 6+ years in concept development or creative strategy
• Social-first understanding and content strategy
• Leadership experience mentoring creatives
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development for major seasonal campaigns and product launches across channels
• Own narrative worlds grounded in research, trends and consumer insights
• Oversee Social Media output and translate ideas into platform-native content
• Ensure 360° brand and campaign consistency across digital and physical spaces
• Mentor copywriters/content creators to refine tone of voice
• Collaborate with Art Director and stakeholders to meet business objectives
• Shape brand direction and evolve narrative and tone of voice
