Job summary

Hotelschool The Hague seeks a focused Team Lead Education to blend hands-on language teaching with leadership of a lecturers team. You will guide a group of eight Team Leads Education, delivering multilingual content and coordinating across the curriculum.

You hold a Master’s degree and bring extensive experience in team management within language education, excelling at translating theory into engaging classroom practice and fostering cross‑department collaboration in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required with substantial experience in team management or educational consulting in language education or communication.
• Translating linguistic theory into engaging teaching practice and guiding lecturers and students.
• Experience in an international academic environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Content Leadership: coach lecturers, develop the language curriculum, and maintain internal and external networks.
• Operations & Staffing: plan staff schedules, HR processes and budget-aligned resource allocation.
• Team Growth: onboard lecturers and support their professional development.
• Collaboration: coordinate with other team leads, HR, Programme Managers and stakeholders to align goals.
• Teaching: deliver language-focused courses while providing structure, guidance and feedback to lecturers.
