Job summary

Hotelschool The Hague is seeking an Educational Advisor to join the Education & Research Support department. You will drive educational quality, accreditation readiness, and curriculum development across programmes, working with lecturers, programme managers and committees.

You will translate policy into practice, support assessment reform and contribute to educational innovation while ensuring compliant, high-quality education across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Specialised theoretical knowledge of higher education and educational development.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate information into clear recommendations.
• Experience advising internal stakeholders on educational and quality-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on educational quality, accreditation, curriculum renewal and assessments.
• Translate policy and quality requirements into practical improvements for programmes.
• Support audits, accreditation processes and educational innovation projects.
• Collaborate with programme managers, lecturers and committees to safeguard quality.
• Develop didactic training and contribute to assessment handbooks.
