Job summary

Hotelschool The Hague is seeking a Manager Education & Research Support to lead the Education & Research Support department and advise senior management on strategic developments in higher education and research.

You will represent the institution in international networks, shape the external positioning, and drive multi-year plans, budgets, and professional development within the E&RS team.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership and advisory capabilities
• Understanding of higher education and research landscape
• Excellent stakeholder management and networking
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Dutch

Responsibilities

• Lead the Education & Research Support (E&RS) department and set its multi-year plan
• Advise senior management and ensure coherence of policies and programmes
• Represent Hotelschool The Hague in national, European, and international networks
• Develop strategic policy for education and research and identify external funding opportunities
• Oversee quality assurance, accreditation, and subsidy management
• Drive cross-department collaboration and manage budgets and staffing
