Job summary

KARL LAGERFELD is offering an HR Operations internship based at our Amsterdam HQ, supporting payroll, onboarding and HR projects across 12 countries in EMEA. You will join a team of specialists and work on administration, employee files and internal communications while learning day-to-day HR operations in a global luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Need to be enrolled in an accredited Bachelor/Master program during the entire internship period.
• Strong experience working with Microsoft Office.
• Are available for 40 hours a week – On-site – Amsterdam office.
• Language: fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team with new hire and leaver administration and document creation.
• Be the HQ Intern population life cycle contact—onboarding and offboarding.
• Act as first contact within HR for employees and stores.
• Assist payroll administration and NS card applications.
• Support HR change initiatives and HR projects.
• Handle internal and external mail and follow-up.
• Deal with confidential information.
