Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas invites you to join as Learning & Development Intern in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. You will help plan, coordinate, and deliver training initiatives across Northern Europe from our Central Services Office.

You’ll work with hotel leaders to shape the learning journey and gain hands-on HR experience. The role offers real responsibilities, opportunities to deliver sessions, and a clear path to grow within the company’s global network.

Qualifications

• Seeking a challenging internship of at least 6 months in Hotel Management or Human Resources.
• Comfortable travelling to hotels across the Netherlands.
• Available to start in January/February.
• Strong interest in employee development and hospitality industry.
• Enjoys working independently, proactive and entrepreneurial.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and communicate training programs from the Central Services Office in Hoofddorp.
• Collaborate with department heads and hotel directors across Northern Europe to build an international network.
• Coordinate trainings and events and contribute to projects that empower employees to grow.
• There is potential to participate in or deliver trainings as you grow.
