Job summary

Cartier is offering a full-time internship in Amsterdam focused on Learning & Development with 70-80% of the time on L&D initiatives and 20-30% on HR Generalist activities for the Benelux & Nordics region. The role includes updating training materials, coordinating logistics, and analyzing program data.

Fluency in English is required, with Dutch/French being a strong asset. The internship includes exposure to the luxury business and an office on Herengracht in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HBO/WO program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related).
• Available for a full-time internship starting in September for 6 months.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French are a strong asset.
• Strong affinity for data and comfortable with Excel; eager to learn digital tools (LMS).
• Curious, proactive, service-oriented with attention to detail and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Assist L&D in updating training materials, presentations, and e-learning modules; manage enrollment and track completion.
• Coordinate training logistics: workshops, registrations, venues, catering, travel.
• Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness and participant satisfaction; support project tasks (invoices, reports).
• Draft internal communications and design engaging marketing materials for learning opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR Generalists on day-to-day HR activities and onboarding/offboarding.
