Job summary

Cartier invites a motivated HBO/WO student to join our Learning & Development team in Amsterdam for a 6-month internship. You will split time between updating training content, managing the LMS, and supporting HR Generalist activities.

The role offers hands-on exposure to luxury retail operations, continuous learning opportunities, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams in a prestigious Maison.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HBO/WO program (e.g., HR, Business Administration, Psychology)
• Interest in Learning & Development and HR Generalist functions
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn in a luxury retail environment

Responsibilities

• Support Learning Content & Platform updates and administer the LMS
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions including registrations and venue setup
• Collect data on program effectiveness and attendee satisfaction
• Draft internal communications and assist with marketing materials for learning opportunities
• Assist HR Generalists with onboarding/offboarding and daily HR tasks
