Job summary

Monex Europe, part of the Monex Group, is hiring an Compliance Analyst in Amsterdam. You will monitor client activity, ensure AML/CFT compliance, and support regulatory surveillance in a multilingual environment with Dutch and English.

You will work with the Senior Compliance Officer Dutch Branches to protect the firm from financial crime and regulatory risk, liaising with teams in Madrid and London. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Compliance, AML/KYC or internal/external audit in financial services.
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT regulation and sanctions frameworks.
• Experience with AML/CFT monitoring software and CRM systems; strong MS Office skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Integrity, discretion and ability to build respectful relationships across the business.
• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Client & transaction monitoring: clear alerts, ongoing reviews, identify potential risks and escalation.
• AML/CFT framework & policies: assist in due diligence, update policies and procedures, support risk management.
• Compliance monitoring & regulatory support: assist the monitoring programme, respond to information requests, support onboarding and other regulatory topics.
