Job summary

Monex Group seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager for the Netherlands to own licensing, policy frameworks and the compliance monitoring program. You will protect the firm’s Netherlands authorisation, draft local policies, and translate regulation into practical documentation.

You will design the annual monitoring plan, run risk-based reviews, advise on regulatory changes, and train staff while building strong relationships with the front office to reinforce the first line of defence.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Law, Economics, or a related field; fluent Dutch & English.

Responsibilities

• Own licensing and regulatory permissions for the Netherlands; prepare and submit notifications.
• Draft, review and maintain compliance policies and control frameworks for the Dutch Branch.
• Design and deliver the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan; conduct risk-based reviews.
• Advise on regulatory changes; build training and reference materials for the business.
• Act as day-to-day regulatory contact and coordinate with regulators and internal audit.
