Job summary

Modulr is seeking a Compliance Analyst in Amsterdam to join the Second Line Risk and Compliance Function across Europe. You will help manage compliance processes, engage with regulators, and support the business in implementing regulatory changes to ensure compliance by design.

Based in Amsterdam, you will report to the Head of Risk and Compliance Europe and collaborate with the UK team to share best practices. A strong understanding of AML/FT and experience with regulators is essential.

Qualifications

• Worked in a fast-paced financial institution or consultancy environment.
• Experience engaging with regulators and supervisory authorities.
• Strong understanding of AML/FT frameworks within a second line environment.
• Ability to translate regulation into clear, actionable business guidance.

Responsibilities

• Help manage day-to-day operation of compliance processes and support first line teams.
• Support identification, assessment, and treatment of compliance risks.
• Engage with regulators as part of the second line risk and compliance team.
