Job summary

Monex Europe Holdings Limited is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for the Dutch Branch. You will own licensing, policy documentation and the compliance monitoring program to ensure activities stay within authorised scope.

You will draft policies, translate regulation into practical guidance, and partner with front office to strengthen first line of defence. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Compliance within a regulated financial services environment.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, governance and risk management.
• Degree in Law, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent Dutch & English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Licensing and regulatory permissions maintenance for the Dutch branch.
• Draft, review and maintain compliance policies and control frameworks for the Dutch Branch.
• Design, implement and monitor the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and communicate with regulators in the Netherlands.
• Provide training and reference materials; advise the business on regulatory matters.
• Assist with regulatory inquiries, audits and monitoring activities.
