J.P. Morgan is seeking a Global Financial Crime Compliance Officer to support Amsterdam and Brussels branches within the EMEA GFCC team.

You will advise on AML, sanctions, and KYC/CDD alignment, working closely with local MLROs to ensure robust controls across multiple jurisdictions. Fluent Dutch and English, strong regulatory knowledge, and proactive problem-solving are essential to navigate a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of Dutch, Belgian, and EEA AML and sanctions regulations.
• Experience in financial crime compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on financial crime compliance for Amsterdam and Brussels businesses.
• Assess Dutch, Belgian, and EEA laws to keep policies current.
• Support local MLROs in regulatory reporting and escalations.
• Guide integration of CDD into KYC processes.
• Review high-risk clients and propose mitigations.
• Assist MLROs with SARs and sanctions escalations to authorities.
• Prepare financial crime reports for authorities.
• Contribute to governance through risk and control committees.
