Job summary

AC WD McD is seeking entry-level Customer Service team members who are warm, articulate, and positive to join our already awesome team. You will maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries and documenting actions, and you will receive training in customer service while shadowing experienced representatives.

This role focuses on handling high-volume telephone inquiries, ensuring quality, and cross-referencing products and services for customers.

• Engage in outbound calls to current customers to survey satisfaction with current products.
• Perform other work-related duties, as assigned - including (but not limited to) customer e-mail and correspondence.
