• Train and coach staff to meet quality standards.

• Perform shift expo duties to ensure timely service.
• Prepare recipes to maintain product quality.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety measures.
• Provide recognition, direction and support to Kitchen staff.
• Communicate with Kitchen team on procedures and feedback.
