Job summary

Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam zoekt een student die tijdens een stage ervaring opdoet in de hospitality en dining. Je krijgt een maandelijks stagebedrag van €750 brutoloon en volgt trainingen via Minor Hotels University Northern Europe.

Je werkt samen met ons team aan verschillende keukentaken, leert productontwikkeling kennen en draagt bij aan de guest experiences. Je leert in een historische, luxe omgeving met internationale kansen binnen Minor Hotels.

Qualifications

• Je bent actief ingeschreven bij een onderwijsinstelling gedurende de stageperiode.
• Je hebt affiniteit met eten, ingrediënten en culinaire vakmanschap.
• Je werkt graag zelfstandig en in teamverband en hebt oog voor detail.

Responsibilities

• Assisteren bij de bereiding van gerechten met verse ingrediënten.
• Ondersteunen van het keukenteam tijdens de service en bij dragen aan een soepele keukenoperatie.
• Leren voorbereiden, portioneren en presenteren van gerechten volgens kwaliteits- en presentatiestandaarden.
• Ontwikkelen van kennis over ingrediënten, recepten en culinaire processen.
