Tivoli Doelen Amsterdam, a historic five-star hotel on the Amstel, invites you to join a unique internship with Minor Hotels Europe & Americas. You will welcome guests, share local insights, and collaborate across departments to ensure memorable stays.

The internship includes €750 gross monthly allowance, access to Minor Hotels University Northern Europe training, and employee rates starting from €36 per night with 30% F&B discounts and Friends & Family benefits.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, with VIPs and special occasions in mind.
• Build meaningful relationships with guests and anticipate opportunities to personalize their experience.
• Act as a key contact between guests and departments to ensure requests are handled smoothly.
• Share knowledge of the hotel, Amsterdam, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Conduct hotel tours for potential guests, partners, and event organisers.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and support service recovery efforts.
• Contribute creative ideas to elevate the guest experience.
