Ocean Network Express (Europe) Ltd. Filial I Finland in Rotterdam is seeking a Customer Care Coordinator - Key Accounts – Import to deliver frontline responses to client queries and escalations for our Key Account clients, using Service Cloud and our self-service tools to ensure a high quality customer experience.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Customer Administration team and Sales, keeping SOPs and KPIs in view, and promoting digital tools to improve efficiency and revenue

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in shipping.
• Strong communication skills, customer- and service oriented.
• Flexibility and creativity in problem solving.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace and preferably Salesforce.
• Articulate, clear oral and writing communication skills in English and Dutch.
• Enthusiastic team worker.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt frontline responses to service queries and initiate solutions for issues/cases per SOPs and Service Cloud.
• Manage quality and processes for ONE's Key Accounts, promoting self-service tools.
• Collaborate across the Customer Administration team and Sales teams, elevating cases professionally.
• Promote ONE's digital tools and self-service platforms to customers.
• Enhance service levels by meeting KPIs and ensuring proper invoicing and cost recovery.
