Ocean Network Express is recruiting a Customer Care Coordinator - Key Accounts – Import to handle frontline queries from clients and escalations for our Key Accounts. You will work with the Service Cloud (Salesforce) and our customer self-service tools to ensure prompt resolutions and a superior service experience.

The role is based in the Rotterdam Agency Office, requiring English and Dutch proficiency, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Competenze

• Preferably 1-2 years of shipping experience.
• Strong communication and service orientation.
• Flexible and creative in problem solving.
• Proficient with Google Workspace; Salesforce preferred.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Enthusiastic team worker.

Mansioni

• Provide frontline responses to queries and requests from clients, and escalate as needed for key accounts.
• Meet KPIs and quality standards by acting on SOPs and using Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with Customer Administration and Sales teams; promote self-service tools.
• Support digital adoption and utilise e-commerce/self-service tools.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and full cost recovery to optimise revenue.
