As a Junior Transport Coordinator within the procurement team, you will play a vital role in Energy Transition. You will be the essential link between the strategic procurement of complex technical equipment (such as Ethylene, hydrogen, or CO2 management systems) and the physical delivery to international project sites.
Profile & Requirements
- Education: A completed bachelor’s degree (HBO/BSc) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience. Affinity with the oil & gas, chemical, or renewable energy sectors is a strong plus.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential (official business language at T.EN); proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
- Systems: Highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with Oracle Fusion is a distinct advantage.
- Mindset: You are proactive, resilient under project deadlines, and possess an international mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Support & Logistics: Assist in the preparation of Transport Service Orders (TSO) and help integrate logistical cost estimates into early procurement phases.
- International Freight Coordination: Coordinate various transport modalities (sea, air, road) with a specific focus on Heavy Lift and oversized cargo for large industrial modules.
- Vendor & LSP Management: Maintain daily contact with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and suppliers to ensure all procurement deadlines and project milestones are met.
- Compliance & QHSES: Ensure strict adherence to Incoterms 2020 and Technip Energies' high safety and quality standards (QHSES).
- Administrative Tracking: Manage shipping documentation and monitor invoicing processes within ERP systems such Oracle.
