Job summary

Permanent People Rec2Rec in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant who is fluent in English and Dutch. The role covers the full 360 recruitment cycle, including headhunting, account management and building strong client relationships within the contract IT/Digital market.

You will join a welcoming team of about 20, with a focus on sales, business development and relationship-building. Recent graduates with a motivated attitude who are based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate are

The Role

Our client is experiencing outstanding growth and is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join their welcoming and outgoing team of 20.

Full training provided

- This 360 Recruitment Consultant position involves delivering on the whole recruitment process including account management, headhunting talent and building great relationships. There will be an emphasis on sales and business development, you will focus on building your reputation within the contract IT/ Digital market to create lasting partnerships.

Experience

• Recent Graduate, with a motivated attitude and willing to apply themselves to learn and grow within a successful business
• Situated in Amsterdam or willing to relocate
• Fluent English AND Dutch required
• Must have EU right to work
• You must be credible, presentable, and confident
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
