Job summary

ATG Europe is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our international team. You will source, screen and recruit qualified candidates for Space, SatCom, Nuclear and IT projects across Europe.

The role offers hybrid working options from Noordwijk (NL), Barcelona (ES) or Rome (IT) with relocation support. Candidates should have at least 3 years of recruitment experience, fluent English, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience for corporate and consultancy roles.
• Experience in Space sector is highly desirable; other domains (Big Science/ICT) are an advantage.
• Proficient with recruitment platforms, ATS and social media.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• EU work eligibility and willingness to relocate if needed.

Responsibilities

• Explain country-specific regulations/benefits and assist with relocation where applicable.

ATG Europe Talent Acquisition Team plays a key role in delivering highly skilled personnel to ourCustomers. We are a team of experienced and truly international talent acquisition specialists working inidentifyingand recruiting the best profiles to support our projects and customers in the Space andSatCom, Nuclear and IT domains. Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

• Source, match and select qualified international candidates through different databases and social networks;
• Interview candidates face-to-face and online and facilitate client interviews for candidates. May occasionally be asked to travel to the customer's premises in any of the countries we are present in: The Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Spain, UK;
• Negotiate employment offers and inform candidates about per-country legal and expatriate regulations/benefits and address candidate’s queries to help them understand the position and the support we offer in settling in in the new country;
• Contribute to the development and management of talent pools of candidates by sourcing and building networks for current and future recruiting needs;
• Contribute to strategies to improve and renew our international sourcing channels and activities;
• Contribute to business development through talent acquisition for bids and tenders;
• Represent ATG Europe at key European engineering and/or science events;
• Stand in for colleagues in their absence and any other task as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager in support of the team and reaching the KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting both for corporate and consultancy;
• Experience in the Space sector is highly desirable, ideally in support of one or more of our Clients; further experience one of the other domains of the company (Big Science and ICT) is an advantage;
• Technology savvy and experience in using various recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems and social media;
• Passionate about working in a niche industry and willing to learn every day;
• Commercial and “can do” attitude, flexible and adaptable to change and be able to work under pressure;
• Experience in working with personal data and keeping confidentiality;
• Able to work with positive atatitude and in an open communication environment;
• Excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy and ability to work on multiple recruitment campaigns at the time;
• Excellent attention to details and a high standard in terms of quality of output;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player;
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken;
• Knowledge of other languages such as Spanish, German, French, Italian, Dutch is a great asset;
• Eligible to work in the EU or in one of the countries of duty (The Netherlands, Spain or Italy);
• At least a rudimentary sense of humour.
