Amoria Bond in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This full-cycle recruitment role connects top talent with European companies in IT, Engineering and Life Sciences, with a strong onboarding and training culture.

You will develop client relationships, source candidates, and advise both sides to achieve successful placements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Hybrid working is available, with ongoing career progression.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with new clients by phone, email, and online meetings; on-site visits possible.
Find and place top candidates across Europe in exciting roles.
Act as a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
Use LinkedIn and job boards to identify candidates; headhunting as needed.
Negotiate and close deals while guiding candidates through the process.
Provide end-to-end support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.
