Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree / HBO in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience covering projects, preferably in production, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong organisational skills, with experience in a production environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a variety of operational projects from initiation to completion.
• Draw up and monitor detailed project schedules, timelines, and deadlines.
• Act as the connecting factor and coordinate with various internal departments and external parties.
• Identify project bottlenecks and propose appropriate, solution-oriented improvements.
• Ensure accurate project administration, documentation, and reporting for the CEO.
• Actively contribute to the further professionalization and scaling of the organisation.
