Job summary

GEA Food Solutions Weert B.V. is seeking a driven Order Manager to guide orders from receipt to delivery, working with Sales, Engineering, Planning, Logistics and Global Services to ensure on-time, on-budget execution with quality and customer satisfaction.

The role offers growth towards Project Management within an international setting. The ideal candidate holds an HBO-level degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with ERP/SAP and Power BI proficiency, and strong Dutch/English

Qualifications

• Minimum HBO level of work and thinking; completed HBO in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Business Administration, or equivalent by experience.
• 1-3 years relevant work experience.
• Affinity with technology is a plus.
• Experience with planning processes and tools, such as MS Office and Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent communicative and organizational skills.
• Very good command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Willing to travel occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor delivery time, quality, budget and progress of orders.
• Proactively signal risks and escalate when needed.
• Check order documentation for technical, commercial and financial completeness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Planning, Logistics and Global Services to move orders into production efficiently.
• Coordinate shipments, invoicing and installations.
• Act as central contact point for internal stakeholders, regional offices and end customers.
• Organize and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspections and track follow-up actions.
• Monitor open action points through to formal handover to the customer.
