Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing business requirements to support project objectives
• Defining project scope, planning resources, and dividing tasks
• Managing project delivery and change management with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring progress, risks, issues, and quality, and reporting transparently
• Closing projects, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring smooth handover
• Leading, coaching, and motivating project teams
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining clear communication
• Sharing knowledge, collaborating and improving project management practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Up to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the food and/or process industry
• Experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary projects
• Familiarity with Stage Gate project management, LEAN, and Continuous Improvement
• Knowledge of validation principles (VMP, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, SAT, PQ)
• IPMA or PMI certification (a plus)
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is an advantage
• Willingness to be present at least 4 days per week at our seed processing site and to travel occasionally (inter)nationally
