Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the Payment Ecosystem with internal and external partners.
• Monitor and analyze payment and risk performance; identify irregularities and trends.
• Ensure payment and risk processes and guidelines are followed.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and customer complaints.
• Support fraud prevention, dispute management, refunds and blacklisting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of payment processes and provider performance.
• Keep up-to-date with payment services regulations.
• Translate team objectives into personal growth goals.
