• Experience training partners and negotiating with distributors.
• Proactive, results-driven, and hands-on.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Solid Excel skills and HubSpot CRM experience.

About the role

As Operational Specialist, you’re the link between Sales, Support, and our distributor network reporting directly to the COO. You analyze and improve processes across the business, train and negotiate with partners, and jump in hands‑on wherever needed to keep our payment operations running smoothly.

You bring operational sharpness, analytical thinking, and strong communication and you’ll have direct impact on the next growth phase of one of the Netherlands’ fastest-growing fintechs.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Sales and Support, ensuring smooth collaboration between both teams
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize payment processes
• Drive process improvements across the business, working closely with the COO
• Train partners and distributors on our payment products and processes
• Manage distributor relationships and negotiate terms independently
• Spot operational bottlenecks and solve them hands‑on

Requirements

• Experience in an operational role, ideally in fintech, IT, payments, or a similar sector
• Strong analytical skills, you spot patterns in data and turn them into concrete improvements
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable switching between Sales, Support, partners, and the COO
• Comfortable training external parties and negotiating with distributors
• Proactive, results‑driven, and hands‑on
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Solid Excel skills and experience with a CRM like HubSpot
