Responsibilities

• Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse betalings- en operationele processen.
• Samenwerken met interne stakeholders en betaalpartners om processen te waarborgen.
• Monitoren van betalings- en risicoprestaties en signaleren van afwijkingen.
• Ondersteunen bij fraudepreventie en geschillenafhandeling, incl. terugvorderingen en blacklists.
• Bijdragen aan doorlopende verbetering van betalingsprocessen en leveranciersprestaties.
• Blijven volgen van regelgeving rondom betalingsdiensten en vertalen naar teamdoelstellingen.

What are you going to do?

As a Junior Payment Operations Specialist, you won't just be another team member - you'll be a vital part of our success story. You'll be the left-hand of our Payment Operations Manager to ensure smooth payment processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Payment Ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders and external payment partners;
• Monitor and analyse payment and risk performance, identifying irregularities, trends, and potential issues;
• Ensure payment and risk processes and guidelines are followed;
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and customer complaints;
• Support fraud prevention and dispute management, including dispute defence, refunds and blacklisting;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment processes, systems and provider performance;
• Keeping up-to-date with payment services regulations;
• Translating team objectives into personal goals for growth.
