Job summary

Vivid Money is seeking a Junior Operations Specialist in Amsterdam to support smooth day-to-day operations and continuously improve processes. You will oversee settlement lifecycles for crypto assets and financial orders, monitor trades, manage client administration, and coordinate with brokers and custodians.

You will contribute to automation, prepare management reports, and assist with regulatory/tax reporting while helping develop new products and expand the business.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Crypto/fintech/startups experience is a plus, but not required.
• SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Based in Amsterdam.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level or higher).
• 2+ years of experience in financial or operational roles (brokerage, custody, fintech, or crypto preferred).

Responsibilities

• You’ll be at the center of our operational backbone, ensuring flawless execution for both traditional and crypto investments, while helping us scale for the future
• Oversee the settlement lifecycle of our customers Crypto-Asset and Financial instruments orders, including:
• Trade execution monitoring and reconciliation
• Client administration and order flow control
• Settlement management and daily alignment with brokers & custodians
• Support and process corporate actions and relevant crypto related events
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues
• Act as the first point of contact for Customer Care on operations-related questions
• Ensure high levels of automation and process efficiency
• Prepare and deliver management reports
• Assist in setting up regulatory and tax reporting
• Contribute to the development of new products and expansion of our business
