Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances zoekt een Operator in de Liquid Compounding afdeling in Tilburg. Je bereidt grondstoffen voor productie, weegt nauwkeurig en verwerkt materialen volgens recepten, procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.

Je werkt met een mobiele werkstation en registreert productie-activiteiten in systemen. De positie vereist 3-ploegen en minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring, met vloeiende Nederlandse en Engelse taalvaardigheid.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaar voor fulltime werk in een 3-ploegen systeem.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als productiemedewerker of (assistent) operator.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (minimaal B1).
• Precieze en veilige werker met verantwoordelijkheid voor kwaliteitswerk.
• Comfortabel werken met sterk geurende materialen.
• Fysiek fit en in staat tot lichamelijk werk.

Responsibilities

• Verzamelen en voorbereiden van grondstoffen op basis van recepten.
• Nauwkeurig wegen en verwerken van grondstoffen met werkstation en computer.
• Controleren van materialen en hoeveelheden volgens productie- en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Volgen van procedures, veiligheidsinstructies en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Werkplek schoon, veilig en georganiseerd houden.
• Registreren van productie-activiteiten in systemen.
• Samenwerken met collega's voor een soepele productie.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Upcoming Operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you play an important role in the preparation of raw materials for the production process. You will work with different ingredients and carefully follow recipes and procedures to ensure that the right products are prepared accurately and safely.

You will combine physical work with operating equipment and administrative tasks. Using a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale, you will weigh and process raw materials according to specific recipes and quality requirements.

What will you do?

• Collect and prepare raw materials based on specific recipes;
• Accurately weigh and process raw materials using a mobile workstation with an integrated scale and computer;
• Check materials and quantities according to production and quality requirements;
• Follow established procedures, safety instructions, and quality standards;
• Keep your workplace clean, safe, and organized;
• Register production activities and relevant information in the systems;
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process.

Working Hours 3 shifts

• Morning: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night: 23:00 - 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• Gross hourly wage of €17.73, excluding shift allowance;
• 20.5% shift allowance on top all hours worked, bringing the total to €21,36 per hour;
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;
• Fixed year-end bonus and Individual Choice Budget (IKB) paid out through a flexible benefits budget;
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km;
• Temporary contract through Start People, with the possibility of a permanent contract based on good performance.

Functie-eisen

• Available to work fulltime in a 3 shift system;
• At least 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator;
• Good command of Dutch and English (minimum B1 level);
• You work accurately and safely and take responsibility for the quality of your work;
• Comfortable working with strongly scented materials;
• Physically fit and able to perform physical work.
