Job summary

van nes + plaisier personeelsdiensten zoekt een Assistent-Operator om het productieteam te versterken. Je werkt in een internationale voedingsbedrijf en ondersteunt de operator bij dagelijkse productieprocessen, waaronder voorbehandeling, mengen en klaarmaken van ingrediënten.

Na een uitgebreide training ben je volledig operationeel en kun je zelfstandig bijdragen aan continue verbetering. De functie biedt een 40-urige werkweek, een 3-ploegendienst en uitzicht op een vast contract.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een productieomgeving of als Operator/Assistent-operator is een pré.
• Je spreekt, schrijft en begrijpt Engels.
• Bereid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Assisteren van de operator tijdens het productieproces.
• Leveren van grondstoffen aan de productielijn.
• Het bewaken van het productieproces en melden van onregelmatigheden.
• Verpakken en voorbereiden van eindproducten voor verzending.
• Machines schoonhouden en zorgen voor een schone, veilige werkomgeving.
• Volgen van werkinstructies, hygiëne- en kwaliteitsprocedures.

As an Assistant Operator, you will join an international company in the food industry. Functieomschrijving

As an Assistant Operator, you will support the operator in the daily production process. Together, you are responsible for preparing, mixing, and processing high-quality food ingredients. During your first weeks, you will receive thorough training from an experienced colleague, allowing you to gradually become familiar with the production process and your responsibilities.

Your tasks include:

• Assisting the operator during the production process;
• Supplying raw materials to the production line;
• Monitoring the production process and reporting any irregularities;
• Packing and preparing finished products for shipment;
• Cleaning machines and maintaining a clean and safe work environment;
• Following work instructions, hygiene regulations, and quality procedures at all times.
