Job summary

AXIS Career in Tilburg, Netherlands, seeks an Upcoming Operator in the Liquid Compounding department. You will weigh and process raw materials according to recipes, using a mobile workstation with a scale and computer, and follow safety and quality standards.

You will register activities in systems, maintain a clean and safe workspace, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a smooth production process across three shifts (07:00–15:00, 15:00–23:00, 23:00–07:00).

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator.
• Proficient in Dutch and English (minimum B1).
• Work accurately and safely and take responsibility for quality.

Job description

As an Upcoming Operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you play an important role in the preparation of raw materials for the production process. You will work with different ingredients and carefully follow recipes and procedures to ensure that the right products are prepared accurately and safely.

You will combine physical work with operating equipment and administrative tasks. Using a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale, you will weigh and process raw materials according to specific recipes and quality requirements.

Working Hours 3 shifts

• Morning: 07:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon: 15:00 - 23:00
• Night: 23:00 - 07:00

• Available to work fulltime in a 3 shift system;
• At least 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator;
• Good command of Dutch and English (minimum B1 level);
• You work accurately and safely and take responsibility for the quality of your work;
• Comfortable working with strongly scented materials;
• Physically fit and able to perform physical work.
