Magnum Ice Cream Company in the Netherlands is hiring a Junior Account Manager for Key Accounts + Trade in Out of Home. You will support OOH innovations, manage key accounts, and work closely with a global team to drive growth and develop your commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Holds at least a relevant Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Fluent in Dutch and good English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, ownership from idea to execution.
• Commercially driven with FMCG/Foodservice experience.
• Builds relationships with stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic, driven, curious, socially skilled.
• Affinity with digital developments (systems, data, e-commerce).

Responsibilities

• Operating in a dynamic Out-of-Home channel with entrepreneurship and adaptability to drive growth.
• Supporting Trade and Key Accounts to drive growth and long-term partnerships.
• Managing promotions, forecasting, turnover development and promotional planning.
• Conducting data analyses and translating insights for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Aligning online content and ensuring accurate administrative follow-up of agreements.
• Supporting Key Account Managers while leading parts of customer relationships.
• Building relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
• Contributing to innovative projects, systems, activations, and GTM strategies in OOH.
